We treat various Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, and Tic Disorders. Other services provided includes the treatment of alcohol and Opioid Use Disorders [we run the MAT program] and other Substance Use Disorders. We take special interest in Opioid Use Disorder in pregnancy and Substance Use Disorders in chronic pain patients. We provide evidence-based medication management and emphasize the role of psychotherapy in mental health treatment.
Anxiety Disorders
A mental health disorder that is characterized by worrying thoughts, nervousness, anxiety, and/or fear that has a strong impact on one’s daily activities.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
A mental health disorder in which a person has difficulty recovering from a terrifying event that they have witnessed or experienced
Depression
A mental health disorder that is associated with persistently low mood and fatigue, also includes a loss of interest in previously pleasurable activities which negatively impact their daily lives.
Bipolar Disorder
A mental health disorder characterized by mood swings consisting of manic highs and depressive lows, affecting their daily functioning in different life settings.
Schizophrenia
A mental health disorder that leads to disorganization in a person’s thoughts, feeling and behavior with loss of reality testing.
ADHD
A mental health disorder that includes high levels of activity, and impulsivity with poor attention and school functioning.
Tic Disorders
A mental health disorder characterized by uncontrollable and compulsive sounds and/or movement which are repetitive. This severely affects their daily functioning.
Substance Use Disorder
This is a mental health disorder that is characterized by maladaptive and uncontrollable use of recreational drugs and alcohol.
Schizoaffective Disorder
This is a mental health disorder that is characterized by maladaptive and uncontrollable use of recreational drugs and alcohol.
